Using Acid Blend gives superior results compared to just using one type of acid.
Citric Acid adds the citrus acidity, the malic adds a sourness and the tartaric adds a tartness and in the right acid blend (as in this pack) can mimic the acids that are naturally found in grapes, so helps make a finished wine that zings with mouth watering characteristics.
