We have a range of Pinot Grigio wine kits that are easy to make at home and are ready in just a few weeks and make a great tasting wine.
Our selection of Pinot Grigio Wine kits span a wide price range so you will be able to find a kit to suit your taste and your budget.
Just follow the simple instructions and in as little as 7 days you will have made up to 30 bottles of wine from one of our Pinot Grigio Wine Kits.
Pinot Grigio is a light white wine that's full of fruit flavours like peach, apple and lemon with a moderate to high acidity and is made using the pinot grigio grape. With a medium - light body, this wine is nearly always dry.
Depending on the wine kit used to make this wine, it can also have flavours of passionfruit, pear, nectarine and even a hint of almond, ginger and even honey.
Pinot Grigio is the Italian version and comes from the same grape in France, where it is called Pinot Gris. Although the same grape may be known by a different name, it is the wine making process that makes the difference between a French Pinot Gris and an Italian Pinot Grigio.
The French version is aged in oak barrels, so you get a smoother, buttery, vanilla aromas added to the wine. If you want to recreate these flavours in your home made pinot grigio, you can simply add 15-30 grams of oak chips as it is brewing and this will add those flavours you would expect from the French Pinot Gris.
Where as the Italian version is normally aged in stainless steel, so it retains it's sharp, crisp acidity and fruitiness. For the homebrew kits, as we are mainly using plastic brewing buckets, you will get the same results as the Italian version.
Pinot Grigio wines are meant to be drank young. So once your wine has finished fermenting and is clear and ready, bottle and then store them for 2-6 months to condition and then chill a bottle down, pop the cork and enjoy.
Ideally your bottles of Pinot Grigio should be drank before they are 3 years old. Any longer and they will loose their fruitiness, crispness and freshness.

We have purchased this wine kit numerous times. We have always had a good quality pack of wine. Presented chilled this wine is as good as any shop wine.
Always ready to drink within a couple of weeks .

Quite simply add this .
You will have the fermenter foaming all over the floor and walls but you will have the real quality that you want .
Made fruit wines of all types for years and on some as a hobby , had a go last year base level wine kit and so so ,a bit sweet ok if you only want to get well oiled . But this added to a kit is wow for a nearly sixty year old wine drinker just try adding half the bottle to your next 30 bottle kit you will never go back.

Very good works a treat.makes the wine look professional and attractive to the coinesseur.

I made my first ever wine, blackberry wine using this bag after following David on his Youtube video, great product, less mess and easy to use. Thank you David for your help and support with my order.

Easy kit to brew. Pleasant, very refreshing apple flavour ideal for lazy summer days in the sun. Very impressed and intend to try others in this range.👍

Once again received my order in good condition. Will definitely order again , already steeped in gin and looking forward to the end result.
Will recommend to friends and definitely order from you again
Thanks again
Teresa

I've just used these new screw on caps for threaded wine bottles, and so far I reckon they are great. Just fill the bottle with your latest creation, put the cap on top, give it a whack down and screw tight. Saves loads of time and does not leak. Definitely will use these again.

Nice and solid. Remembered to vaseline the joints before connecting.

This is the first time I have made a wine buddy kit and I must say, this is a good quality, tasty wine. I will definitely be making another very soon.

I ordered two hydrometers and these were promptly dispatched, but there was an issue with the courier company and delivery. I contacted Brewbitz, who could have just stated: 'We sent it, the problem is with the couriers'. But they didn't. Brewbitz were very knowledgeable and offered a lot of reassurance. The delivery was delayed by a few days, but I was very impressed with how brebitz dealt with the delivery issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home brew company. Very happy!

Over the years, I've tried many brands of wine kits. I buy the full bodied reds from Cellar 7. which is the best for ready to drink after fermentation
I don't use any of the chemicals provided. as I don't keep it.
My method is to fill a fermenter with tap water plus a big pan of boiling water to the 23litre mark. temp around 20-24c Using an electric drill with a long handled mixing spoon mix thoughly and add in the yeast nutrient while mixing. Cap it with an airlock and that's it. Leave it to ferment out completely. 7-10 days and transfer to 5 litre plastic bottles degassing by shaking the bottles a few times. That's it, works every time

I’ve managed with an old wooden corker, for years. But lately I have lost a few bottles by hitting too hard.
Then I found this hand corker, what a revelation.
The reviews say it’s hard to use. Not at all, I’m getting on in years, now, and I had no problems. If you follow the video, and soak the cork in hot water it is a bit easier, but not really necessary.

Great kit, will definitely get again, a very good stout kit. Simply brew kits are great.

Just tried it for the first time after almost 3 months since bottling. My first red wine kit and I was surprised how good it was. Medium+ body, red fruits with peppery hints and smoother than you’d expect from a very young red wine.
Had dinner with sis and hubby. I’d used screw cap bottles without removing labels, the one I bought to the meal was in a Waitrose Good Ordinary Claret bottle. Bro-in-law was impressed, said he’d have to buy some, then I told him I’d made it from a kit.
No doubt it’ll improve with a bit more ageing but it’s very nice already.

This has got to be one of my favourite wines to make. The flavour is lovely and refreshing. Would highly recommend
