You will need to add either sugar, beer enhancer or liquid malt extract to the Youngs Harvest kits so that you get to the desired ABV for these kits.  We recommend using beer enhancer or Liquid malt extract to the beer and lager kits to get the best possible beer. And add 1kg of sugar to the Harvest Cider kit.
