View our range of Chardonnay Wine Kits and see which kits you would like to make at home.

Chardonnay Wine Kits are easy to make and in just a few weeks you will have up to 30 bottles of great tasting wine.

We have Chardonnay wine kits at various prices to suit your budget. They all taste great, but try and go for a wine kit at the top end of your budget as you will get more grape juice and therefore a better quality wine.

Chardonnay is one of the worlds most popular styles of wine partly due to it being a very easy to drink wine and very versatile.  It can be light and crisp or fuller flavoured when you add oak to give extra butter and vanilla flavours, you can make it into a sparkling wine akin to a Champagne or you can drink it on it's own or with light foods.

Chardonnay grapes can be grown all over the world which is why you will see Californian and even Australian chardonnay options in our wine kit range.

Typically chardonnay wine is a dry wine, that has a medium to full body with a medium acidity, and mineral water quality, which when added to a buttery oakiness makes it very mouth watering. It's flavours range from apple, lemon, pineapple and papaya, with added vanilla if it has been aged with oak.  Where the grapes are grown has a huge impact on the range of flavours the wine gives.

Once bottled, ideally store in a cool place for 3-6 months to allow the chardonnay wine to condition.  Chardonnay wines tend to be at their best at 1-3 years old.

Serve chilled.
