Thought I'd give this one a try and I'm pleased I did. Easy to make and the result is a pleasant drink. I have yet to run it through fine filtration but I couldn't resist a sample. I look forward to putting a bottle or two on the Xmas Dinner table.
Whilst looking at the website in search of purchasing corks I noticed there were instruction videos for wine making. I have always struggled using my cork lever m/c and watched how easily it was done by you. The simple act of soaking the corks in hot water made all the difference. The corks you sent and the overall service top notch Thank you

I use this concentrate in every batch of wine. It aids the yeast action and enhances the flavour of the final product. Essential.
We have been using WineBuddy kits from Brewbitz for years now. They are simple to make in just a week. They only make about 27 bottles although we follow the instructions to the letter. The wine's great as is the Brewbitz price!

Have made this Grapefruit IPA as one of my regular brews, always enjoy it's refreshing and citrusy taste for a change. Best to use liquid malt extract in place of sugar for best results. Have 40 pints brewing now !
these kits are great value, so much cheaper than shops(in scotland anyway), and easy to make. recommend this kit if thats the kind of wine you like. i will be buying more , when needed.
Young's Cellar 7 Pino Grigio is very simple to make and never goes wrong if you follow the instructions and have the right equipment. It only takes about a week to ferment and, if you let it mature for about a month or so, it tastes better than the average supermarket wine.
