Thought I'd give this one a try and I'm pleased I did. Easy to make and the result is a pleasant drink. I have yet to run it through fine filtration but I couldn't resist a sample. I look forward to putting a bottle or two on the Xmas Dinner table.
Whilst looking at the website in search of purchasing corks I noticed there were instruction videos for wine making. I have always struggled using my cork lever m/c and watched how easily it was done by you. The simple act of soaking the corks in hot water made all the difference.
