The Festival Woodland Citra beer kit is a beer kit that plays homage to Oakhams Citra Session IPA. So, if you love Oakhams Citra Session IPA, then you are going to enjoy making 35 pints of this early American style craft beer that helped take the UK's craft beer scene to the next level. The Festivals Woodland Citra uses all Citra hops, so you can expect beer to have citrus grapefruit, tropical aromas with a piney resinous on a gentle malty base.
Serve chilled, this Festival Woodland Citra beer kit pours a golden colour with a fluffy white head and the citra hops add the tropical fruit aromas.
With the addition of extra hops to be used at the end of fermentation (dry hopping) to give extra hoppy character and aroma.
Makes approx 20 litres (35 pints) of traditional real ale at an ABV approx 4.6%
You will also need basic brewing equipment such as: a bucket; siphon; steriliser; thermometer & hydrometer to brew this ingredient kit.
