The Australian Shiraz Red Wine is a delicious deep full bodied red wine, packed full juicy, jammy blackberry aromas. With a sweetness or raisins and chocolate, vanilla and even a hint of coconut coming through in the mix from the oak. All with a medium level of acidity.
The WineXpert Reserve Australian Shiraz homebrew wine kit uses very high quality ingredients which means you can make outstanding quality wine, which has distinctive flavours that only the best grape juice concentrates can produce.
The strength will be around the 13.5% ABV mark.
In this kit you get 10 litres of grape concentrate (that you top up to 23 litres with tap water), the perfect yeast for this style of wine and the other ingredients to make sure this wine kit makes you 30 bottles of wine that you would find on the expensive shelves of the supermarket aisle.
This homebrew kit will take approximately 4 weeks to make and ideally you should leave it in the bottle to condition for a few months.
