Wine yeast nutrient gives the yeast all the important vitamins, compounds and amino acids the yeast need for healthy reproduction and health. Meaning the yeast are less likely to give off flavours and will enhance the particular flavours of your chosen yeast.
Wine Yeast Nutrient will also help prevent the sulphur and vinegary smells sometimes given off when yeast do not have sufficient nutrients.
This Mangrove Jacks Wine Yeast Nutrient is in a 23.5g sachet and is suitable for brews between 15 to 23 litres.
