Mangrove Jacks Bourbon Barrel Stout - 31 Pint Beer Kit

Mangrove Jacks Bourbon Barrel Stout Beer Kit is a limited edition beer kit with great stout flavours and that extra boost from the included pack of oak chips from old bourbon barrels.

The Mangrove Jacks Bourbon Barrel Stout has aromas of sweet bourbon, oak and vanilla with roasted malt and delicate dark chocolate flavours. Pours black with a tan fluffy head.  This Bourbon Barrel Stout kit will make a stout around 6.7%.  It comes with bourbon barrel oak chips.

This kit will also require one of the following:
a - 1kg of Brewing Sugar (supermarket sugar will work, but it will cause the finished beer to be sweet)
Or
b - 1kg of Beer Enhancer.  A mixture of brewing sugar and light spraymalt.  This will give the finished beer a good body and mouth feel.
Or
c - 1.2kg of Liquid Malt Extract.  This will give the best finished beer with a smooth body, full flavour and good head retention.
Or
d - Use a different flavour of Liquid Malt Extract to further enhance your beer kit and enable you to create your own unique beers.

You will also need basic brewing equipment such as: a 23 litre bucket; syphon; steriliser; thermometer & hydrometer to brew this ingredient kit.  If you do not have any equipment we have a starter package with all the equipment you will need to make this beer.  We also have bottles and barrels for you to store your beer once it has been made.
