The NovaTwist Screw Tops for screw top wine bottles are a great solution so you can reuse your screw top wine bottles over and over again.
Lots of bottles you buy in the shops have screw top caps now and you reuse the caps a few times, but the metal cap eventually looses it shape and seal, so the bottles leak.
You cant use corks in screw top bottles as the glass is too thin and you can shatter the glass as you put the cork in to the neck of the screw top bottle, also the neck is wider, so the cork doesn't sit properly in a screw top wine bottle, so can slide out or the wine can seep around the edges.
You simply have to remove the old metal cap and the neck tamper ring and the neck skirt and then push the Novatwist on and tighten it up and that's it. Bottle Sealed.
Your screw top bottles have to be 30mm in diameter (outside) and have at least 2 threads. Most shop bought wines in the UK will be like this, unless you buy an unusual bottle shape.
