Milk Chocolate Wine
I have tried a few of the chocolate wine recipes out there in the homebrew forums, but for me they have always come out a bit too bitter. The flavour is great, but I prefer milk chocolate anyway, so I thought I would come up with a new recipe. Last week I gave you the recipe, now we have the video too. This is the final tweaked recipe and mmmm it tastes good and smells great!
So what are you waiting for, get the ingredients together and make some delicious milk chocolate wine.

Need to Make Some Wine Fast?
Sometimes you need a wine kit that is going to ferment fast, clear and be ready to bottle for that special occasion.
So here are a couple of kits that can be made, bottled and ready to drink in just 1 week.
Solomon Grundy Gold Shiraz Wine Kit
With a few different wines in the Gold range, you have a nice choice of which one to make.  You'll need to add 3-4kg of sugar. Here we have chosen the Shiraz as it is a nice spicy, fruity easy drinking red wine, great for the evening as the sun goes down around the fire pit.
£21.95
Solomon Grundy Gold Shiraz Wine Kit
Winebuddy Pinot Grigio Wine Kit
With 12 different varieties to choose from, you can switch it up. You'll need to add 3kg of sugar. We've chosen here the Pinot Grigio as we love a wine with some zingy fruity flavours. Even though these 7 day kits can be drank straight away, a month in a bottle will allow them to improve.
£21.95
Cellar 7 Sauvignon Blanc Wine Kit
One of our favourite 7 day kits as it has more grape concentrate so no added sugar is needed. Cellar 7 have a large range of kits, 15 in total, something for everyone. We've chosen the Sauvignon Blanc as this has the acidity to cut through the fatty meats with its punchy flavour.
£35.00
Cellar 7 Sauvignon Blanc Wine Kit
SG Platinum Rosé Wine Kit
The SG Platinum range has 7 kits to choose from. The large bag of grape concentrate, means no extra sugar. We've gone for the Rosé, as who doesn't love a chilled refreshing rose sat in the garden taking in the chat and laughter of friends around you?! Easy to make in just 7 days, but improves with age.
