Mangrove Jacks Session Amber Ale

At just 2.5% you might think this kit is going to turn out a bit thin, but because of some ingenious blending of special low alcohol malts and standard malts, this kit will make 40 pints of easy drinking Amber ale at just 2.5%.

Temperature Warning
As the weather has now turned to really show we are not far away from Winter with lots of cold temperatures across the UK and even snow, it's time to check the temperatures of your fermenters.
It's at this time of year when fermentations slow because the temperature drops too far and the yeast go into a dormant phase.
The easiest way to check your temperature is right is by using a cheap stick on Liquid Crystal Thermometer.
Just because the heating is set to 20°C, does not mean your fermenter is at the same temperature.
Buy a Liquid Crystal thermometer, stick it on and keep your yeast happy at the right temperature.
