OK - a bit stiff

It's a bit awkward for me to operate one-handed, which unfortunately I have to do.

Hi Alan. The taps are stiff to prevent leaks, but easy to operate with 2 hands. Perhaps try using a bucket clip to secure your syphon to your header vessel to free up your other hand.
