Lack of taste

Easy to brew but on first sample rather weak on taste I presume must be drunk cold as this may give it the bite it needs.

Hi Kevin. These single can kits can be too thin for some people. To make a more flavoursome cider only top up to 18 litres instead of 23 litres and you will get a much stronger flavour and the ABV will increase too.
Or you may want to try making 1 can to 11.5 litres and using 500g of sugar and 1/2 the pack of flavouring to get a more intense flavour at the same ABV.
